Hey lovelies! So today I’m going to be showing the little bits and pieces that I have received from my latest Autumn Mecca Beauty Loop Edit. Some of these are first time tries and there’s one familiar product. I’ll be giving you some of my first impressions on these products as well so I hope you beauties enjoy!
Firstly, for those of you who have not seen my previous posts, Mecca Beauty Loop is basically a customer benefits program whereby spending a certain amount of money on their products will provide you with different opportunities in exploring the world of beauty. Such as this box which is issued to the customer a few times in a year and other benefits likes makeup lessons and invitations to international events. If you are a dedicated beauty enthusiast/makeup artist/beauty influencer, then this could be a fun program to try out!

Now onto to the box, it will provide you with maximum four products with variations of both makeup, skincare and occasionally fragrances.
Close up at NUFACE Prep-and-Glow.
The product I picked out was the NUFACE Prep-and-Glow cleansing wipes. This sounded unique to me since it cleansed and exfoliated. One side is smooth to cleanse and the other side is covered with bumps for gentle exfoliation. It seems very handy especially for travelling to have a product that does both of those things for you in no time. Last night, I took the time to try it on since I had a full face of makeup already for experimentation. My makeup wiped off quite easily and the sensation of the wipe is so cooling. True to the name, it did leave my skin with a lovely glow to it which is rare in colder seasons so props to NUFACE for this amazing creation. It is oil, alcohol and paraben free. This is definitely a recommendation for any vacation just to pack it and go!
Close up and swatch of the NARS Velvet Lip Glide in “Le Palace”.
The next product I picked out was this adorable little sample of the NARS Velvet Lip Glide in Le Palace. I’ve been eyeing this lip line for a while now and it made me very happy that it came up in my Beauty Loop box giving me the chance to try before I buy the full size. I’m kind of warming up to this baby package though. The lip glides are a very unique formula from what I’ve tested out on my lips. It glides on like a gloss but has the feeling of a creamy lipstick. It looks more like a lip strain however on the first swipe. It’s strange but then again I’ve never heard of a “lip glide” before in the makeup industry. This might just be what it is. You can honestly do anything with this lipstick. Keep it like a nice lip stain with one thin layer or build it up nicely to a creamy lipstick. Either way it’s beautiful and a thumbs up from me.
Close up of SMASHBOX Photo Finish Foundation Primer.
The third product is not a new look on my blog since I have done a full review on it. The Smashbox Photo Finish Foundation Primer is a silicone based primer which helps keep your makeup on longer than usual. This wasn’t one of my favourite primers but I know they have a lot of primers in their range so I’m going to try and explore their collections more before I knock down all of them. It is a good primer however, no doubt about that.
Close up of Kate Somerville Wrinkle Warrior 2-in-1 Plumping Moisturizer.
The final product is something I don’t necessarily need honestly since I don’t think I’m at stage where I need anti-wrinkle creams. But the KATE SOMERVILLE Wrinkle Warrior 2-in-1 Plumping Moisturizer + Serum does sound like something I would be intrigued to try out. It is essentially supposed to reduce the look of wrinkles and provides the claim that you can see the difference after one use. A bold statement which makes me really excited to see how this turns out, I could try it under my eyes and see if it does anything. I’ve heard a lot of good reviews on this brand so it shouldn’t be much harm giving this a go.
And that is it for today, beauties! I hope you found this unboxing post as a bit of a breath of fresh air. I’m trying to do different things other than reviews on this blog (I may or may not have a makeup tutorial coming up soon). Also, this post is going to be up a lot earlier (at around 1 am Australian Time zone) than I’ve ever done because I have to go to university so posting it now seemed convenient. If you have any questions, feel free to leave a comment down below and I will see you again soon. Bye! – A.
